Taco stuffed shells

Taco stuffed shells are the perfect fusion of Mexican flavors and comforting pasta goodness. Ingredients:  

  • Jumbo shells  
  • 1 lb hot sausage  
  • 1 lb ground turkey  
  • Taco seasoning  
  • Taco sauce  
  • 8 oz cream cheese  
  • Fiesta blend shredded cheese  

Instruction:  

 

Brown ground turkey and sausage, then add taco seasoning to taste. Melt in cream cheese and cook until fully melted. Cook shell noodles per package directions, then strain and rinse with cool water. Fill shells with taco sauce, meat mixture, and fiesta cheese, placing them in a greased baking dish. Repeat until all noodles are stuffed. Top with remaining taco sauce and bake at 375°F for 15 minutes or until cheese melts.
