Easy Chicken Fried Rice Recipe You’ll Love

Ingredients:
5 tablespoons oil
3 chicken breasts
Salt pepper
1 Medium onion
2 carrots peeled and diced
3 cloves Garlic
1 tablespoon ginger
4 cups white rice
¾ cup frozen peas
3 lg eggs beaten
3 tablespoons soy sauce
2 green onions Chopped
Instructions:
Pre-heat the oven to 350 degree.
Season chicken with salt and pepper on both sides. In a medium skillet add 2 tablespoons oil then add the chicken. cook until golden brown.
Transfer pan to the oven and bake until fully cooked about 6 to 8 minutes. Let rest 5 Minutes cut into bite sized pieces.
In the same skillet heat 2 tablespoons oil, add onion, carrots and cook until soft about 5 minutes. Then add garlic and ginger stir in rice peas cooked until warmed through about 2 minutes.
Push rice to the side of the skillet. Add remaining tablespoon of oil to the other side then add egg and stir until almost cooked. Fold egg into rice add chicken back into skillet with soy sauce and green onion stir to combine.
