Started the morning like a culinary rockstar: whipped up a steak omelette for my husband that packed serious punch. I layered tender slices of steak (He made AMAZING Rib Eyes the other night) with melty Colby Jack and a wicked kick of Carolina Reaper cheese—because why not start the day with fire?
