Easter Weekend

Easter Saturday Feast at Mom’s

Saturday evening was all about indulgence. At my mom’s house, we fired up the grill for Tomahawk steaks, their thick, juicy cuts sizzling to perfection. The aroma alone was enough to make our mouths water. Alongside the steaks, we had buttery corn, its sweetness enhanced by a generous slathering of melted butter, and freshly baked bread, warm and soft, perfect for soaking up every last bit of flavor. The meal was hearty, comforting, and exactly what we needed to kick off the weekend.

Easter Sunday Dinner at My Sister’s

Sunday was a more traditional Easter dinner, hosted by my sister. The centerpiece of the meal was a beautifully cooked prime rib, tender and rich, with a perfectly seasoned crust. We paired it with baked potatoes, loaded with butter, sour cream, and chives, making each bite a creamy delight. The atmosphere was filled with laughter, stories, and the joy of being together, making the meal even more special.
